Routing: Per customer’s instruction; otherwise at Keystone’s discretion where lowest price is available

Drop Shipments: Per customer’s request

Damaged Freight: Refuse damaged cartons and note the number of cases refused on the delivery receipt.

Please note: When shipping UPS, Cordon Bleu® chef hat damage is the responsibility of customer.

Returns: Contact Keystone for authorization. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Prints: Full ink coverage is charged as an additional color.
